Following your in-person training, you will continue your development inside the Capital Beauty 12-Week Artist Development Lab — a structured program designed to help artists transition from training into confident professional practice.
Inside the Artist Development Lab, we continue refining the skills that matter most when working with real clients.
This includes:
• improving treatment technique
• reviewing student work and results
• troubleshooting common issues
• refining consultation and client communication
• building consistency and confidence as an artist
The goal of this program is simple:
To ensure that when you begin working with clients, you feel supported, capable, and confident in your work.
At Capital Beauty Academy, we do not simply certify artists and send them on their way.
We support their development as they grow into professional beauty artists.
Meet Your Educator — 14+ Years Industry Experience
Taylah is a professional lash and brow artist with over 14 years of experience in the beauty industry and the owner of Capital Beauty Salon on the Sunshine Coast.
After years of working closely with clients and refining her techniques, Taylah began training and mentoring artists with a focus on building both technical skill and real confidence when working with clients.
Rather than delivering a single training day followed by certification, Capital Beauty Academy was built around a different approach — ongoing development beyond the classroom.
Following your in-person training, students continue refining their skills inside the 12 Week Artist Development Lab, where they receive guidance, feedback, and support as they transition into working with real clients.
