1. DEFINITIONS

Capital Beauty Academy ("Academy", "we", "us", "our")

Student ("you", "your")

Programs (online certifications, in-person certifications, 12-Week Lab, Inner Circle, Clinical Immersion, digital content)

2. ENROLMENT & ELIGIBILITY
  • Students must be 18 years or older.
  • By enrolling, you confirm you are legally able to enter a binding agreement.
  • The Academy reserves the right to refuse enrolment at its discretion.
3. CERTIFICATION & ASSESSMENT POLICY

This is critical for you.

Certification is issued only upon successful completion of all required assessments.

Completion of modules alone does not guarantee certification.

If submitted work does not meet required standards:

  • Correction may be required.
  • Resubmission may be required.
  • Progression may be paused.

Certification is performance-based, not attendance-based.

The Academy’s assessment decisions are final.

4. NO GUARANTEES

The Academy does not guarantee:

  • Income
  • Employment
  • Client acquisition
  • Business success
  • Clinical Immersion placement

Results depend on individual effort, skill development, and external market conditions.

5. REFUND POLICY

You must be firm here.

Digital Programs:

  • Due to immediate access to digital content, no refunds are provided once access has been granted.
  • Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind.

In-Person Training:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Transfers may be permitted at Academy discretion.
  • If a student fails to attend, fees are forfeited.

Clinical Immersion:

  • Application-based.
  • Not guaranteed.
  • Non-refundable once confirmed.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
  • All fees must be paid in full prior to certification issuance.
  • Payment plans (if offered) must be completed regardless of course progression.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in access suspension.
7. INTAKE & PROGRAM MODIFICATION

The Academy reserves the right to:

  • Limit intake numbers.
  • Modify program structure.
  • Adjust training dates.
  • Update course content.

Without prior notice if required for quality or operational reasons.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, frameworks, course content, systems, and training methods remain the intellectual property of Capital Beauty Academy.

Students may not:

  • Reproduce materials
  • Share login access
  • Teach Academy frameworks
  • Repurpose structured systems

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

This protects your structured model.

9. INNER CIRCLE & 12-WEEK LAB CONDUCT

Students must maintain professional conduct.

The Academy reserves the right to:

  • Remove access for misconduct
  • Remove access for harassment
  • Remove access for inappropriate behaviour

No refund will be issued if access is revoked due to misconduct.

10. HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Students are responsible for:

  • Ensuring models provide informed consent
  • Following hygiene protocols
  • Practicing within local regulatory requirements

The Academy is not liable for misuse of techniques.

11. LIABILITY LIMITATION

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

The Academy is not liable for:

  • Indirect loss
  • Business loss
  • Income loss
  • Reputation loss

Liability is limited to the course fee paid.

12. WEBSITE DISCLAIMER

All content is educational only.

The Academy makes no representations regarding individual outcomes.

13. CLINICAL IMMERSION DISCLAIMER

Participation is:

  • Invitation-only
  • Performance-based
  • Subject to availability

The Academy may withdraw invitation at any time.

No guarantee of long-term placement or employment.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

The Academy is not liable for cancellations due to:

  • Illness
  • Natural disaster
  • Government restrictions
  • Events outside reasonable control

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
