3. **Late Arrival**: Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the full duration of the service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time to accommodate other scheduled appointments or cancelation which will result and a fee.

7. **Product Returns**: We accept returns on unopened and unused retail products within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding any shipping charges. Opened or used products are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
